All products purchased from Emmy Blare that meet the following requirements of the policy are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (except in warranty cases).

Product Requirements:
Items must be in new condition.
Items must be returned in their undamaged original packaging.
Used items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Emmy Blare Service Policy:
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt of your item(s).
Once your return is processed, funds will be refunded to your bank card. The funds will appear in your account depending on the processing time of your financial institution, which may take up to 3 business days.
Refunds do not include delivery costs, additional fees, or commissions.
Items may be exchanged for items of different value. If you choose an item of lesser value, the difference will be refunded after processing the exchange. If the item is of greater value, you can pay the difference either immediately by bank transfer or upon receiving the package at the post office.
Once your exchange is processed, you will receive a notification with the new order number. If you are time-sensitive, we can send the exchange as a new order with payment, and funds will be refunded after the initial order is received and processed.
Items sent to us with cash on delivery will be returned to the customer.
Warranty Cases:
The product may be exchanged, returned, or repaired within 30 days from the receipt of the package.
Delivery costs for warranty cases are covered by our store.
During the warranty period, free repair or replacement of the product will be provided if a manufacturing defect is found.
After the expiration of the warranty period, claims regarding identified defects will not be accepted.
